What is the work process like depending on my connection type?
If you have a Standard or Pro account ( Source-Connect to Source-Connect ), we connect directly ID-to-ID for remote recording with full synchronization. If you are an end customer or agency, we send a Zoom link for real-time monitoring of the recording.
What minimum equipment do I need to record from home?
You need a professional microphone, audio interface, headphones, and a computer. We do not recommend using built-in laptop microphones as they do not meet Reymartstudio's quality standards.
Is it mandatory to use an Ethernet cable or can I use Wi-Fi?
Using an Ethernet cable is mandatory to ensure an uninterrupted session, as Wi-Fi is unstable for professional high-fidelity audio transmission.
How does the free connection test work?
Before your official session, we schedule 10 minutes to verify that your signal and firewall allow a direct and smooth P2P connection, avoiding technical problems during the recording.
How and when will I receive my final files?
At the end of the session, we perform a quality control check and immediately send you a private download link with the tracks in high-resolution WAV format.
What technical network configuration do they use?
We work with UDP port mapping 6000 and 6001 with "Open" status to ensure the lowest possible latency and a stable point-to-point (P2P) connection.
What is the default audio recording quality?
Our session standard is 48 kHz / 24-bit, meeting international requirements for film, dubbing and advertising.
